The diagram shows that Legal Technology is even dwarfing Law Firms.

And yet….the services side of the legal market is still thirty times bigger than legal tech in terms of revenues.

And yet…the vast majority of the costs in the legal market still relate to headcount – whether that’s in a law firm, an ALSP or an in-house legal department.

How much should a legal ops function focus on technology versus the ‘How’, ‘Where’ and ‘By Whom’ of legal work?
