Lorin is Vice President, Legal Technology for the Odyssey division. She is responsible for product management of our proprietary entity management platform, Flagship, as well as working on client engagements. This dual role allows her to identify and implement features that truly matter to our clients and to contribute to our unique digital; single-stop shop experience for legal and corporate governance teams. Lorin has nearly 20 years of experience in law firms and legal departments Prior to joining Kalexius, she was the Company Secretary for a global private equity firm based out of Denver, Colorado.
