She leads initiatives to develop innovative solutions to address our client’s needs, leveraging our extensive knowledge of corporate governance regimes across the globe as well as our proprietary technology Flagship. Prior to joining Kalexius in 2016, Pauline was previously in private practice and had extensive experience in corporate law and global legal entity management.
